RSS Feeds for Library News
Two easy steps to start receiving RSS feeds:
- Register at an RSS reader Web site such as Bloglines, or download and install RSS reader software - see list of RSS readers.
- Subscribe to your chosen RSS feeds. Copy the URL and paste it into your RSS news reader application. If you do not see the RSS URL, look for RSS or its icons

- Oxford English Dictionary "word of the day".
- PLoS (Public Library of Science journals, free to the public). feeds on journal home pages.
- Project MUSE journals (over 200 journals in humanities and social sciences).
- Royal Society of Chemistry journals .
