Survey of Library Service Quality -- LibQUAL+ -- to Begin in April
Starting April 7, a random sample of people at Bradley University will receive an e-mail inviting them to participate in a survey for the Cullom-Davis Library. LibQual is a survey developed by the Association of Research Libraries (ARL). Over 200 libraries worldwide participate in this measure of library services.
