Off-Campus Access to Library Online Resources
Bradley students and faculty/staff can access library online resources from off campus. When you try to use these resources from Library Web site, you will see this login page.
Use your BU user name (BUnetID) and BUnetID password (the same user name and password students use for BU Email and Webster). For more information about BUnetID, check http://helpdesk.bradley.edu/accounts/ or call Technology HelpDesk at 677-2964.
Problem diagnoses:

The login page has to look the same as the sample above. If you do not see "Bradley University Library User Authentication" as the title of the login page, you are not on the right page. Call 677-2839 or 677-3467 or email chen@bradley.edu for help.

If you get an error message about wrong password, make sure you use BUnetID password, do NOT use your Blackboard password.

If your password is good but get an error message about the specific online resource you try to use, email the error message to chen@bradley.edu.

Sometimes, the connection speed is so slow that your browser gives up and tells you that the page requested cannot load. Please try again or try later.
- On very rare occasions, when you use your company computer, your company firewall may prevent you from using our proxy sever. You may get a page-does-not-load message. Try a home computer.
