Reference Assistance

• Reference librarians are available to assist students, faculty/staff, and other library users to find information and to identify and use information resources. For assistance, please come to the reference area on the first floor of the library or telephone (309) 677-3502.

• Reference questions may be sent via live chat to the Ask?Away service, serviced by librarians from Bradley University and librarians from around the county providing you professional reference assitance 24/7 365 days a year.

• Reference questions may also be sent via email to reference@bradley.edu. The Reference Librarian will try to provide answers within 24 hours during the regular school term. During Summer and Interim sessions, response time may not be as fast.

• You may prefer to telephone the Reference Desk at (309) 677-3502. For more in-depth reference assistance, please come to the Reference Desk on the first floor of the library or contact your Liaison Librarian.
